Elaine Beaumont is a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, compassion focused therapist, and Europe-approved Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner. She is a Lecturer at the University of Salford, where her research focuses on the impact of Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) in educational and clinical settings. Within the VOICE project, Elaine Beaumont will contribute her expertise in compassion-based interventions, mental health promotion, and psychological wellbeing.
