Mental health challenges affect millions of young people across Europe, yet many do not receive the support they need.
VOICE – Breaking the Silence is an international collaboration bringing together researchers, clinicians, educators, young people, and community stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate early detection and compassion-based approaches that promote wellbeing and improve access to mental health support.
Through research, training, co-creation, and international collaboration, VOICE aims to strengthen resilience, reduce barriers to care, and support healthier futures for young people.
