Dominik Strzałka has extensive expertise in complex systems, statistical analysis, cybersecurity, decision-support systems, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies. His work focuses on analysing complex organisational and technological systems and developing data-driven and AI-supported approaches for decision making and system optimisation.

Within the VOICE project, his expertise will contribute to system-oriented analysis of healthcare pathways, digital transformation, stakeholder interaction, and the development of innovative and sustainable approaches to improving access to care. His interdisciplinary experience in modelling complex systems and integrating technological and human-centred perspectives is highly relevant to the project’s objectives concerning healthcare system innovation and accessibility.

Dominik Strzałka is Vice-Dean for Development and Head of the Department of Complex Systems at Rzeszów University of Technology. He serves as Associate Editor of IEEE Access and Editor-in-Chief of Advances in IT and Electrical Engineering. He is an expert evaluator for national research and innovation programmes, including NCBiR and MEiN in Poland. His research focuses on complex systems, statistical modelling, decision-support systems, cybersecurity, AI-supported systems, and VR/AR technologies. He has coordinated and contributed to several interdisciplinary research and innovation projects related to cybersecurity, AI, digital transformation, and education.
